New Hampshire Jury Trial in a Civil Case, Question 3 (1960)
The New Hampshire Jury Trial in a Civil Case Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1960, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to raise the threshold amount for a jury trial in a civil matter to over $500.[1]
