New Hampshire Legislative Mileage Payments Amendment (1978)
The New Hampshire Legislative Mileage Payments Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This amendment proposed to restrict mileage payments to legislators to 90 days every two years. It also proposed annual legislative sessions.[1]
