New Hampshire Legislative Mileage Payments Amendment (1984)
The New Hampshire Legislative Mileage Payments Amendment, also known as Question 5, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 6, 1984, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. This amendment proposed to restrict mileage payments to legislators to 45 days per session. It also proposed annual legislative sessions.[1]
