New Hampshire Legislature to Establish Voting Precincts, Question 10 (1903)
The New Hampshire Legislature to Establish Voting Precincts Amendment, also known as Question 10, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on March 10, 1903, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed that the legislature be able to establish voting precincts.[1]

Note: Although this measure gathered more "yes" votes, it did not pass because New Hampshire requires that an amendment receive greater than two-thirds of the vote to be approved.
