New Hampshire Levy Certain Taxes, Question 3 (1948)
The New Hampshire Levy Certain Taxes Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1948, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed to allow the legislature to levy certain taxes including a graduated tax on inherited property.[1]
