New Hampshire Lottery Moneys Amendment, Question 1 (1990)
The New Hampshire Lottery Moneys Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to use all proceeds from state-run lotteries for state aid to education.[1]
