New Hampshire Military Service Amendment (1964)
The New Hampshire Military Service Amendment, also known as Question 8, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1964, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to remove the provision that permitted individuals to buy their way out of military service.[1]
