New Hampshire Modifications Related to Elections Amendment (1976)
The New Hampshire Modifications Related to Elections Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1976, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. This amendment proposed a number of changes related to elections. These included a reduction of the voting age to 18 and the right to vote by absentee ballot in biennial elections.[1]
