The New Hampshire Money in Shillings and Pence Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 7, 1950, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to eliminate constitutional language stating that shillings and pence are the denominations of money.[1]
