New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Revenue Use, Question 2 (1938)
The New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Revenue Use Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1938, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed that revenue derived from the use of motor vehicles be used only for highways.[1]
