New Hampshire Pension Requirement Amendment (1976)
The New Hampshire Pension Requirement Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1976, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This amendment proposed to remove the requirement that pensions not be granted for more than one year at a time.[1]
