New Hampshire Preserve Jury Trial in Civil Cases, Question 2 (1956)
The New Hampshire Preserve Jury Trial in Civil Cases Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 6, 1956, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to preserve the right to a jury trial in civil cases contesting an amount over 500 dollars.[1]
