New Hampshire Probate Courts
The New Hampshire Probate Courts have been consolidated into the New Hampshire Circuit Courts, effective July 1, 2011. There are ten divisions of the Circuit Court, one in each county.
History of the Probate Courts
From 1984-2011, the Probate Courts in New Hampshire had jurisdiction over matters related to wills, trusts and estates, guardianships and involuntary commitment proceedings, adoptions, name changes and partition of real estate.[1]
