The New Hampshire Procedure to Submit Amendments to Voters Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1964, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. This measure proposed to permit the legislature to propose and submit constitutional amendments according to certain provisions.[1]
