New Hampshire Regulatory Authority Amendment, Question 3 (1992)
The New Hampshire Regulatory Authority Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed allowing the legislature to delegate regulatory authority to executive branch officials.[1]
