The New Hampshire Remove Obsolete Phrases from Constitution Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 4, 1958, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to remove certain obsolete phrases from the constitution.[1]
