New Hampshire Right to Bear Arms Amendment (1978)
The New Hampshire Right to Bear Arms Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This amendment proposed modifying the constitution to provide the right to bear arms for personal and property protection.[1]
