New Hampshire Right to Bear Arms Amendment (1982)
The New Hampshire Right to Bear Arms Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that the New Hampshire constitution be amended to affirm the right of individuals to bear arms for personal and property protection.[1]
