New Hampshire Right to Vote Amendment (1968)
The New Hampshire Right to Vote Amendment, also known as Question 5, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 1968, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to amend the Bill of Rights so that the right to vote is not denied for nonpayment of tax.[1]
