New Hampshire Supreme Court Rule-Making Authority (2002)
The New Hampshire Supreme Court Rule-Making Authority Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 5, 2002, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed giving administrative oversight of all courts to the chief justice of the supreme court.[1]
