New Hampshire Supreme and Superior Court Amendment (1966)
The New Hampshire Supreme and Superior Court Amendment, also known as Question 1, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1966, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to establish the state supreme and superior courts as constitutional courts. This proposal was meant to protect those courts from being politicized.[1]
