New Hampshire Tax Public Utilities, Question 4 (1948)
The New Hampshire Tax Public Utilities Amendment, also known as Question 4, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 2, 1948, as a constitutional convention referral. It was defeated. It proposed to allow the legislature to tax public utilities generating electric energy.[1]
