New Hampshire Taxation on Growing Timber, Question 3 (1942)
The New Hampshire Taxation on Growing Timber Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 3, 1942, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed to allow the levying of taxes on the growing of timber or wood.[1]
