The New Hampshire Votes Required to Propose a Constitutional Amendment Amendment was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 4, 1980, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. This measure proposed that three-fifths of the constitutional convention votes would be required to propose an amendment.[1]
