Shall the City of New Haven impose a sales tax of one-quarter of one percent (.0025%) for the purpose of providing funding for local parks for the City of New Haven AND reduce the property tax levied for public parks from Twenty-Three cents ($.2300) per one hundred dollars assessed valuation to Eighteen Cents ($.1800) per one hundred dollars assessed valuation?[3] |
