New Interim Executive Director of the Massachusetts Supreme Court appointed

Massachusetts: C. Clifford Allen has been appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Court Justices to serve as the Interim Executive Director of that court. The appointment, announced on June 22, 2011, is effective July 1st. Allen will replace Francis S. Moran, Jr., who is retiring at the end of June. In this new role, Allen will serve in a management and administrative capacity to the state's highest court. He has worked as Reporter of Decisions for the Supreme and Appeals Courts since 1994 and will continue in this position while serving as Executive Director.[1]
