A special election to fill the seat representing New Jersey's 11th Congressional District in the U.S. House will be held in 2026. A primary was scheduled for February 5, 2026. The general election will be held April 16, 2026. The filing deadline was December 1, 2025.[1]
The special election will fill the vacancy left by Mikie Sherrill (D), who was elected Governor of New Jersey on November 4, 2025.
