The New Jersey Public Question 1 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 8, 1977, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Beaches and Harbors Bond Act of 1977 authorized $30 million in bonds for beach and harbor restoration, facilities and projects.[1]
