New Jersey Public Question 1 (1978)

The New Jersey Public Question 1 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment merged county courts into the New Jersey Superior Court, along with their jurisdiction, pending cases and judges.[1]
