The New Jersey Public Question 2 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 6, 1979, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The New Jersey Higher Education Facilities Construction Act of 1979 would have authorized $95 million in bonds for higher education facilities.[1]
