New Jersey Public Question No. 1 (1980)

The New Jersey Public Question No. 1 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 4, 1980, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Natural Resources Bond Act of 1980 authorized $145 million in bonds for resource recovery, sewage treatment, water supplies, dam restoration and harbor cleanup.[1]
