The New Jersey Public Question No. 1 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 3, 1981, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Water Supply Bond Act of 1981 authorized $350 million in bonds for improvements to and construction of water supply facilities.[1]
