The New Jersey Public Question No. 1 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The Affordable Housing Programs Assistance Bond Act of 1990 would have authorized $135 million in bonds for improvements to housing and to address the housing needs of the homeless and those with low and moderate income.[1]
