The New Jersey Public Question No. 1 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Green Acres, Clean Water, Farmland and Historic Preservation Bond Act of 1992 authorized $345 million in bonds for the purchase of land for recreational and conservational purposes, farmland development, soil and water conservation projects, dam restoration, historic preservation and wastewater treatment.[1]
