New Jersey Public Question No. 2 (1970)

The New Jersey Public Question No. 2 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment increased the property tax deduction for senior citizens from $80 to $160, with the state reimbursing half of the deduction to municipalities.[1]
