The New Jersey Public Question No. 2 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 2, 1976, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment gave a differential homestead rebate or credit to senior and disabled citizens, as well as their surviving spouses.[1]
