The New Jersey Public Question No. 2 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 3, 1981, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Hazardous Discharge Bond Act authorized $100 million in bonds for the cleanup and removal of hazardous waste.[1]
