The New Jersey Public Question No. 2 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 5, 1985, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Resource Recovery and Solid Waste Disposal Facility Bond Act of 1985 authorized $85 million in bonds for a revolving fund to make loans to municipalities for solid waste disposal facilities.[1]
