New Jersey Public Question No. 3 (1980)

The New Jersey Public Question No. 3 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 4, 1980, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The amendment allowed eligible senior citizens and disabled people to claim a real property tax deduction on dwelling houses sitting on land that they do not own.[1]
