The New Jersey Public Question No. 3 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 5, 1985, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Pinelands Infrastructure Trust Bond Act of 1985 authorized $30 million in bonds for grants and loans for infrastructure systems in the pinelands area of the state.[1]
