The New Jersey Public Question No. 3 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 7, 1989, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The Stormwater Management and Combined Sewer Overflow Abatement Bond Act of 1989 authorized $50 million in bonds for local projects relating to stormwater management and sewer overflow abatement.[1]
