New Jersey Public Question No. 4 (1968)

The New Jersey Public Question No. 4 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment set the terms of state legislators at two years and allowed measures from the first yearly session to carry over into the second if still pending.[1]
