New Jersey Public Question No. 4 (1985)

The New Jersey Public Question No. 4 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 5, 1985, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. The Natural Resources Bond Act of 1980 was amended to allow repayments of money from the fund it created to the fund created in the Resource Recovery and Solid Waste Disposal Facility Bond Act of 1985. Interest derived from investment in resource recovery was also redirected to the new fund.[1]
