New Jersey Public Question No. 7 (1976)

The New Jersey Public Question No. 7 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 2, 1976, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment would have increased the maximum price of playing an amusement game from 25 cents to 50 cents and the maximum value for prizes won in an amusement game from $15 to $100.[1]
