The New Jersey Public Question No. 8 was on the ballot in New Jersey on November 3, 1981, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. The Amusement Games Licensing Law was amended to allow a state commissioner to set entry fees and prize values of amusement games, subject to a public hearing and legislative review.[1]
