The New Jersey Right to Hunt and Fish Amendment was not on the November 3, 2015 ballot in New Jersey as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure, upon voter approval, would have established a constitutional right to fishing, hunting, trapping and harvesting of game animals.[1][2][3]
At least three such legislatively referred constitutional amendments were proposed in the 2014-2015 legislative session. They included Assembly Concurrent Resolutions 12 and 94, as well as Senate Concurrent Resolution 22.

At the time in New Jersey, proposed constitutional amendments had two ways of achieving ballot access. The New Jersey Legislature could either qualify it with supermajority approval of 60 percent in one legislative session or with simple majorities in two successive sessions. This measure did not receive the necessary supermajority required for a 2014 ballot placement. The measure did not come up for a vote in 2015.
