A New Madison Village Operating Expenses Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Darke County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the village of New Madison to renew a property tax levy of 2.4 mills ($2.4 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund operating expenses.[1]
