The New Mexico Ballot Proposal: County and Municipal Services Funding, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 1, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 6, 1984, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The referendum required new services on the county and municipal level be funded before they can have the force of law.[1]
