The New Mexico Ballot Proposal: Judicial Reform, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 6, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The ballot proposal allowed for judicial reform.[1]
