The New Mexico Ballot Proposal: Legislative Compensation, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 3, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The ballot proposal would have increased the legislative per diem and provided a monthly salary.[1]
